Review about Case Management Software - User Friendly and Efficient

The ease of use, it is very intuitive to learn how to navigate through this program which makes using case management software easy for my clients who are not computer savvy at all! I love that you can easily pull up previous records as well when searching in order to find what your looking for quicker than if they were just trying to scroll down an entire page or two before finding something relevant! It would be nice to have more options within certain programs such as emailing documents from

Pros
  • Easy access
  • No downloading needed
  • Can see past history & current status without having 2 separate folders open.
  • Able tto save notes directly onto each individual record insteadof wasting time saving them separately everytime.etc..(not really necessary anyways!)
Cons
  • Wish i had better support sometimes its difficult getting hold someone about questions

Scout Case Management Software - Great Case Management Software!!!

This software is very user friendly, easy to navigate through all aspects of your case from start to finish with ease! It's so simple that even my 5 year old can use it!! We are able to see our cases in one place instead of having multiple emails for each aspect of their file which makes managing paperwork much easier as well just knowing where everything was filed once I log into this system! There isn't anything at this time we dislike about using scout or would like to change if possible but

  • The process involved making sure everyone receives accurate email notifications when certain changes occurred throughout specific parts pertaining directly related items being handled during client care management services; therefore eliminating double messaging issues by giving staff members timely updates regarding new correspondence & statuses occurring specifically involving clients needing help via assistance programs offered either online resources OR face toface meeting schedules scheduled accordingly
