Review on Silkland Thunderbolt Compatible DisplayPort Upgrade by Payton Stovall

MacOS blocks signal conversion for some reason. It works on Windows with Boot Camp on my MacBook, so the problem isn't the cables, it's the macOS software. I'm just posting this to let everyone know that many of us are trying to upgrade to DP monitors from 2019+ MacBooks and it won't work. A Thunderbolt 3 to HDMI connection will work though, so check if this brand makes a cable for it. If you're a Windows user, ignore everything I just said as this works great on Windows. Try it. Mac users, not so much, unless you run Windows exclusively from bootcamp (which the Mac M1 doesn't support, just a warning).
