I replaced the 2" Purdy my sister-in-law borrowed and ruined with this one. I mainly use a slicing brush and found it on the Tip a bit thick Holds plenty of color and good quality If I were to shop in a store I would choose something else for this purpose but I can't fault the quality of the brush Be aware you will find that this brush isn't the best if you want to cut through the ceiling.It works great on other areas and comes in handy when you need to put a lot of paint on a textured surface as it holds the paint well.Cleans decently and should last a while .
