First of all, make no mistake. This is a whey concentrate, not an isolate. This means several things. For some, this may be harder to digest. Still, it just doesn't work for a pre or post workout shake as it's much slower to digest and trigger to repair those muscles. You are only depriving yourself of your own income by using a concentrate, not an isolate. Where it makes sense to increase your protein intake. For example, when you wake up in the morning or before bed to avoid catabolism during sleep. It's a slow digesting protein, so I've also used it as an afternoon shake just to meet my daily protein needs when I'm running low on food. This is a low price but more useful for rounding up your protein intake. This isn't the type of powder you want to use post-workout. As with Isolate, this is one of the best chocolate flavors I've ever had. Trust me, I've tried a lot of protein powders and MRP (a meal replacement powder similar to muscle milk). The taste is rich, creamy and most importantly REAL. If you're looking for chocolate concentrate, you've found it.
