Got it in black but got the stupid pink poof instead of blue. Bummer. Other than that (less than 1 day of ownership) it is awesome. It got the nail off, practicing, and barely hurt. I am clumsy so I expected blood and death. I used it for like 1/2 hr on lowest setting? Yeah the nail was on baaaad. But it was really easy to use. And the pictures here and the tools are super user friendly. Hopefully it doesn't die on me. I anticipate a lot of practice, from my mess ups.
