There are no written instructions in the package. I had it on day 1 and that same evening I noticed the screen was already cracked which struck me as odd. I had an iPhone for a few months and bought it as extra protection. I don't know what broke it as I didn't drop my phone and I take very good care of my phone - it's usually on my desk or in a separate compartment in my purse. I don't know if I would visit again. It looks like a waste of money.
