I have been using Watts for about 5 years. My advice to you. 1) Do not put it on your gums, it will burn but will not cause permanent damage. 2) Store in the fridge to make it last longer. 3) You may not see much of a difference the first time you use it. Mine could be a shade lighter. The second time I used it, I got about 5 more shades lighter. 4) If it doesn't squirt, there's a lump in there. It's like always. You can either stick a needle in the tip and twist to break it, or just cut the tip and that will prevent it. I now cut off the tip of the syringe every time because it's just as easy for me to dose and then I don't have to think about it anymore. 5) If your teeth are GENETICALLY yellow or gray, it won't help you. This is for stained teeth. If your teeth have discolored over time, they are discolored and that is normal. 6) If your teeth are intermittently more discolored where they can be almost brown like mine you should use this weekly and over time even those small brown areas will whiten. 7) Brush your teeth and floss before use. 8) People complain and leave bad reviews because they don't understand the product or use it incorrectly. 9) I've bought this many times and all my friends use it. We have never had a "bad batch" like many new users claim. 10) I am 52 years old and my teeth are looking great again. It's a wonderful feeling that actually makes you look younger.
