I have been using a similar product for many years but this one has burned my gums! I put small dabs of this product in my whitening trays, being careful not to use too much as I know these products can irritate gums. Maybe 15 minutes after putting the mouthguard on, I had a sharp, stabbing pain in a tooth. I ran to the bathroom to take them off and after taking them out and cleaning them, I saw that the gum behind one tooth was completely white, the next day it turned black, then red and sore.

Works great! It makes my teeth a little sensitive, but not my husband's or my daughter's. I use MI cream to deal with non-fluoride sensitivity. We will get more when we run out. I found that some teeth whiten more than others. Mine go into a light cream and don't go any further. My husband gets brilliant white and we both use the same material in the same way. I mention it for those who say it doesn't do anything. Maybe they want more than their teeth can? Just a thought.
