This is AWESOME. Noticed a small difference after first use. But after the 2nd use I was really blown away by what I saw and continue to see great results on the 3rd and 4th uses. I have my own bowls and only need a small amount of product. I put the trays in my mouth just before showering and leave them there while I continue getting ready for work. approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Then remove the splints and brush your teeth as usual before going to work. My colleagues even noticed the difference and asked me for product information so they could order their own. I ordered 4 packs and as described they are HUGE filled syringes and enough to last a long time. The kit also included a blue repair gel, and this tube is enough for personal use too. I did notice a few "ZINGERS" but nothing particularly terrible or uncomfortable and the "blue gel" seems to have helped. I've always taken some Tylenol or Ibuprofen before any teeth whitening procedure in the past and I think it helps reduce zinger (anyone who has had their teeth professionally whitened knows exactly what I mean by zinger). I also applied before bed. Just leave the trays while watching TV for about the same amount of time as above. Cleaned with a brush. I applied the "blue gel" as instructed and went to bed. this is the most comfortable time for me. I will probably only have to do the app 2-3 times a week as it works so well. I would recommend this bleach to anyone who loves quick results. :) Will definitely order again if the need ever arises. This is a lot of product and will last a long time. Great product at a great price. !
