Worst product. Why? That does not work. He's not broken. No parts are missing. He's not out of order. It just doesn't work. It will never work. It simply lacks the mechanism to hold the wine bottle in place against the force of the worm in the cork. You can't do that with your body. It is inconceivable to me that this product could ever be produced. It's just taking up wall space because I don't feel like patching holes when I remove it. If I can't find another bottle opener, the only way to use one was to make a 2x4 cut under the bottle at just the right height to set it on the floor. The worst.
