This part fitted perfectly and worked great when installed. Installation instructions were included but I was watching videos on UTUBE so I didn't need them. The door panels on my '03 Silverado are held in place with 6mm screws, not 10mm screws like the video says, but that's a minor detail. I can't comment on the durability yet as I only installed it yesterday. The motor is a little louder than expected but the window speed is amazing! A little more grease on the chains doesn't hurt, a little on the cables too - I'm talking about the cables because that's where my factory unit failed due to wear and tear.
