I like how they are able to have everything in one place. I dislike that sometimes it takes a while for my information to update when adding new hires or making changes to existing employees. It's very easy to use and there is always someone who can answer any question you may have. They do a great job of keeping up with all the latest changes and trends in our industry. As an employee at a small company, we need something to centralize all of our data and keep track of it all ourselves. This provides us with peace of mind knowing that we have access to all of this information in one spot.
