I like how they are able to have everything in one place. I dislike that sometimes it takes a while for my information to update when adding new hires or making changes to existing employees. It's very easy to use and there is always someone who can answer any question you may have. They do a great job of keeping up with all the latest changes and trends in our industry. The ability to track all of our employees through ONE system. If the employee leaves the company, it is easy to find them in the database. I like that we can pull up their information from any point in time. It is very helpful when trying to figure out who was hired at what date. I wish there were more options for searching within the system. Sometimes it is hard to find something in the search box. I would also like to be able to print reports with the information that I need. This has been…
