The ability to track all of our employees through ONE system. If the employee leaves the company, it is easy to find them in the database. I like that we can pull up their information from any point in time. It is very helpful when trying to figure out who was hired at what date. I wish there were more options for searching within the system. Sometimes it is hard to find something in the search box. I would also like to be able to print reports with the information that I need. This has been very helpful. We have used it for years now and never had an issue with the system. It has helped us keep track of everyone's employment history.
