Replaced a two foot T12 fluorescent bulb with this one. Hooray! No more flicker, no more unreliable ballast. Good price and consumes only 11.5 watts! There is no switch-on delay. Warm white (3000K) is exactly what I wanted. Ignore the utilitarian look (5000,000) that sells the most.
