Not very satisfied with the way it was shipped. All they did was put a label on the box. I'm used to packages being put in a different box with a larger airbag. The blue light doesn't work, it has a very small crack, but it's not hard to tell when the waffles are done. The product itself had some minor scuffs, I'm not sure if it's just poorly made or if they sent me a used one. It was clean and I cleaned it before using it and it worked fine so I won't bother about returns. In the end my kids were very excited and happy with the results. Got some nice waffles.
