Review on Hero Points for Dynamics RMS by Tony Reid

It's easy to use, it saves time and money in my organization as we are able to redeem our rewards faster and more effectively than other systems.There isn't anything I don't like about this product! Customer service has been very responsive when we've had questions or problems with this software. They have continued to improve their functionality (and price!) over the last few years, which makes me love them even more. My only complaint would be that they make us pay too much to upgrade from one version of their points program to another! We do not regret making the switch - it was well worth the cost to get all of our programs integrated into one point-of-sale platform. A great experience overall. We're saving time using an existing solution vs building out our own custom application. Redeeming reward points at many different locations across the country, including restaurants/bars and hotels.
