Shoes in size 4EEEE fit like normal shoes, maybe even a little smaller. I know that Nike sneakers are usually a bit narrower, but there is definitely no more width with these shoes. Even with the laces loose, it stretches taut across the top of the foot. Too tight to wear for more than an hour.
