The ability for me as an agent or supervisor is that it has all of our calls in one place so I can see what's going on at any given time. It also helps when you have multiple agents working different shifts which makes scheduling easier because we are able to check each other work schedules before calling out new customers. Sometimes there will be times where no information pops up but if you keep refreshing nothing shows up either. Also sometimes things don't show up right away after putting them into my schedule even though i put everything correctly. This program allows us to stay organized by keeping track of every single phone number called from this department.
