Review on 🔥 Firestone Dual Electric WR1-760-2178 Air Command System by Ben Almasri

Great addition if you already have pockets installed!

The product arrived damaged (one of the fixings on the pump was badly bent) but after some workshops and a couple of vises it straightened up slightly. If you're installing it on a full-size truck, you'll need an extra 1/4" compressor line (I found mine at NAPA). Get an extra 30 feet (trust me on this one). I attached my pump directly to the frame. toward the center of the truck in the driest spot I could find (I didn't want the pump in the cab because of its noise during operation). In the cab I found that the length of the other hose (only 2 included) was just long enough to run from the gauge to an airbag in the back of the truck. This necessitated the purchase of a second hose (I only bought 20ft and barely enough - if you make a mistake you need an extra). The hose costs about $1 per foot. I also bought an electrical wire to protect the wiring harness from the elements and additional zip ties (not enough in the box to keep everything secure) to secure the wiring harness and all three hoses (one for each airbag). d and one from the compressor - all three hoses go to the manometer in the cab). I did have to deal with a few air leaks after running new lines to the bags, but it only lasted a few minutes. Installation took approximately 6 hours (8 including two trips to the parts store). It was a great addition to my airbags. I originally had hand canvas bags installed (I had to use a hose at a gas station or a bike pump to bleed them) because I very rarely towed stuff (we recently moved and towed another car on a full trailer). We recently bought a caravan and now I need something easier to use. Once installed, this thing works like a charm. Holds air well and works as described.
