Good and quality product, but there are flaws.

The case is really constructed of plastic, despite appearances to the contrary. Simple painted aluminum.
The laptop ships with Windows 11, not Windows 10, despite the description to the contrary.
Careful packaging ensures safe transit.

Pros

A chilly, silent, and sturdy laptop. Using a 2 terabyte solid-state drive and two 16 GB sticks of Crusial RAM yields excellent results.

Cons

Dead pixels have plagued not one, but two brand-new HP laptops this year. Unfortunately, HP's official technical support team will only send a forest if the problem is out of warranty. Due to the close proximity of the USB ports, not all devices can be plugged in at once. The card reader is the least expensive option because the card is not fully recessed. The maximum brightness setting is too dim.
