Washers did not fit properly on knurled round bar. I sanded the washers around the edge to form a D for a better fit. It's more expensive than other options, but I like the idea of using round contact points to prevent sharp edges from cutting into painted surfaces or coatings. If you install it with the threads and nuts facing up, you'll see what you do with the wrench when you install or remove it. This is a ferrous material, so it may rust over time, but for a long time if taken care of. It really reduces noise when towing a small trailer.
