Review on 🩱 Kanu Surf Boys Competition Jammers Boys' Apparel by Viswanath Lopez

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Runs a little small (read reviews to get sizing) but good price

UPDATE 06/04/17: We liked the ones we bought last year, size M, have so many I bought again this year. This time we have the BIG one, and it's the same size, no bigger than the medium one. The only difference is that they are an inch longer. boo Will have to send these back. Rating changed from 4 to 2 stars. UPDATE: Bought in 2016 and now a year later in 2017 the shorts are holding up remarkably well (especially compared to the Nikes my son has). I think that's a very good price (if you understand that they run small and are the right size). I'm buying a new pair for this season, one size larger. ORIGINAL REVIEW (4 stars): I read the reviews before purchasing these shocks. The size name is different from other mufflers which are usually waist size, 22, 24, 26 etc, not Small, Med, Large like this one. I think this is where the confusion lies with sizing and also knowing that the jammers are really snug. Other reviews like Maryland Mom & Mom of Boys were very helpful. In short, they said that the sizes are something like this: S=22 M=24 L=26, that they are longer than other brands (e.g. TYR and Nike) and the quality is a bit lower. I ordered the medium for my little 7 year old son (50lbs, 3ft 9in, wears 6 pants). He has last year's Nike sweaters in a size 22 which are a bit small for him but still fit. Medium canoes are not much larger, but they are much longer (around the knees). I think we could even buy a big one, although they might be too long. This brand suits tall thin boys. The material looks okay, a little rougher than his Nike and maybe a little thinner. But for the price they are worth it. Given the way kids sit on pool cement, even the best wears out quickly.
