magnets (there are 2 of them) are very strong. I do landscaping and landscaping and haven't had any loosening issues. Addendum: I discovered two problems after 1 month of ownership.1. carry group exhibitions. It doesn't look horrible yet, but no doubt it will need to be replaced in a few months. I don't think I will buy the same brand.2. The plastic coating on the dial traps moisture when you sweat. This is more than a cosmetic issue, as the watch's touchscreen becomes unresponsive until the moisture dries up (and that doesn't happen quickly, even after it's removed and placed in direct sunlight). I have to remove the strap and cover of the watch and wipe it dry.
