At first glance, it may seem easy to insert the pod and squeeze. Like Keurig but no, if you read the product description it only takes 3-4 clicks. Holes in the bottom of the pod (I used corn cob holders and no more than a couple of holes), twist, pour hot water and it may leak a little so be careful but once it's in place pump until you do cannot sway. This is very nice because if you do it right, you get that thick liquid without pouring any coffee grounds into the glass. Be sure to clean the parts immediately after use so the coffee doesn't stick together, making it difficult to clean later and likely making your machine less efficient. I find it probably works better and cleaner with pods than your own ground coffee. I then frothed the milk with the pump, great! The only downside is that I wish it could heat water with a USB plug or something.
