I bought 3 of 200 units. Not sure if most of the reviews apply to other devices as I believe this is a new product and not ready for prime time in my opinion. Only 1 initially, and I found that all 3 didn't perform as advertised and required constant fiddling with the settings. Room humidity sensitivity is significantly disabled. Emailed support many times and just went in circles. Substitutions were offered but at 3 how could I expect anything better? Updating the firmware may solve the problem of changing humidity, taking into account the humidity of the case and the environment. It's definitely better than nothing, but I don't recommend it if you're impatient and just want to set it and forget it. The good point is the app.
