Should have thought before buying; It wasn't until I actually used the bath for my green cheek contour that I realized how ineffective it really is. Since it has to be attached and removed EVERY TIME by screwing and unscrewing the wing nuts, this makes everyday use a pain. This also eats up your pellets no matter where I put the thing. I ended up removing it from her cage as it was a hassle and just left it on top of her cage for her to splash around in now. Cups are great! I only use them for dry food so I don't have to clean them as often as they are more difficult to clean than a regular bowl. It's great for moving around the house so Bongo can eat anywhere I am if she wants. I wish they weren't so deep - it's very awkward for the bird to put its head down to eat from when food is scarce or if you only put a little in at a time. The perch was nice and smooth, no splinters and understandable xD
