If you connect t46s to ringcentral, Ring Central will do its best to keep the chosen but highly outdated firmware version on this phone. This version does not work with WF50. After hours of troubleshooting, fiddling with phone settings, and even importing hand-edited versions of phone configuration files, you're done. This is just crazy (and stupid). Ringcentral is not a niche player, they are huge. They should have fixed that a long time ago. Yealink aren't tiny, they're huge. You should work with major SIP providers like ringcentral to automatically update the firmware to at least one slightly newer one. Yealink should at least give us a toggle that prevents automatic installation of outdated software, such as the broken stuff the phone keeps getting from ringcentral. .
