Despite being called a 'shirt' this is a really good mid-weight jacket. It fits over another shirt and zips up (plus buttons). Comfortable, great fit, lots of pockets, armored in all the right places. Two things to know: 1. You need back armor (not included but there is a bag for it) so plan on spending another $20 for it. Although they all look the same, have the same armor and have the same pockets/features, the gray one has a heavier outer material than all the plaid ones. I have a gray and a white check and the gray is definitely warmer on chilly mornings. If you travel a lot then it's perfect for your wardrobe. When it's warm I wear a mesh tank jacket and these shirt jackets are perfect when it's cool but not cold enough for a full leather jacket.
