The best thing I like about Simbus is how much attention they give for their users needs, if you have an issue with anything from product support or billing questions; there's always someone available who can assist and take care of it quickly! Sometimes issues arise when we are not familiar enough w/ system but as soon as our account rep gets in contact wit us through email or phone call - everything goes smooth & easy!! We've been using simBus since 2010, haven't had any major issues up til now (knock on wood), just keeping track of clients personal info such as credit card expiration dates etc. If anyone reading this has ANY doubts concerning safety concerns over your current solution please reach out. They will be happy to hear what problems you may currently face, then recommend alternative options. For example in my case was trying to find an affordable way of ensuring client funds were securely stored at night while working remotely which led me to look into other companies solutions before finding one that could fulfill those requirements without breaking the bank. I like how easy it is to use, as well as the ability to customize for my needs. The customer service is great, too! It's not perfect, but it gets the job done. I haven't found anything that really bothers me about this product. There are some things that can be improved. But overall, it does what I need it to do. We have been able to track employee attendance and location of employees in our facility.
