Great software tool helps keep tabs

The best thing I like about Simbus is how much attention they give for their users needs, if you have an issue with anything from product support or billing questions; there's always someone available who can assist and take care of it quickly! Sometimes issues arise when we are not familiar enough w/ system but as soon as our account rep gets in contact wit us through email or phone call - everything goes smooth & easy!! Multiple users able work seamlessly using mySIMs

The fact it can be used by multiple individuals at one time, makes me like it even more! It was easy for our group of 5 or so people who had different functions within the organization to use together during a training session. I cannot think of anything that I dislike about this product. Have not heard from anyone who has an issue with it either but then again we are all in IT.
