Strong magnet works well
I was impressed by the strength of the magnets. I was afraid the bond wouldn't hold with the aggressive motion to remove the algae from the jar, but it did. It didn't get it all, some of the stains were stubborn even on a fingernail so can't wait for this to do more and not ruin my glass. The soft surfaces didn't hurt, and the two pieces stayed connected even in the bent corners. Will buy again if needed
