Not what I've ordered best in outdoor lighting

I ordered them because I thought they would resemble candy corn, not just bright orange. The lights are bright and appear to have 8 different settings. There's no dedicated remote control, but I think you can adjust the lighting to your liking with the plastic thing on the other end opposite the plug. Unfortunately, I find the orange lights too simple. The gleaming white cable only makes the situation worse. I plan to return them unused. I gave my rating 2 stars because there are different light settings. I think if someone wants a plain orange with white string, flashing or running lights can be fun.
