NOT worth the money - Poor customer service

I've read a lot of reviews that indicated the customer service was poor but when I looked at Revain UK's website most of the reviews said their customer service was excellent. Unfortunately I have to add to the list from the US saying the customer support is terrible. The product also appears to deliver poor pH levels. I calibrated the slide for 24 hours, next month I calibrated for 48 hours and finally calibrated for a full week. In every case, the pH of Seneye was at least 0.5 lower than in my test kits (and I took it to the store for testing too). Also, the temperature reading is consistently 1 degree Fahrenheit different from all my other thermometers. Knowing that you can calibrate, but paying that kind of money I'd like something that works at least as well as a test kit. They basically scam you every month by making you pay $30-$40 (depending on where you buy) for a foil (the chip that makes it work). You then scan the QR code to activate it for 30 days. Unfortunately a month later I bought the slide and while it was being calibrated the kids decided to clean the house and threw away the QR code (which they tell you to save to activate the slide). But since it looks like garbage, the kids were right to throw it away. When I contacted customer service they told me it was too bad you just need to buy another one. For real? QR and activation costs you NOTHING like NOTHING and you want me to shell out another $30 for your fraudulent card? At that point, I just pulled a $200+ device out of my tank and said forget it - I won't be supporting this company anymore.

  • Great for me
Cons
