This is an exceptionally beautiful and durable CD shelf. The side edges are made of dark glass, which are mirrored on the outside, which gives a very pleasant effect. The outer screw heads are made invisible with metal caps. • The device is very durable. • Three-bar design holds CDs securely in place. • Clear plastic "bookends" keep CDs upright when the shelf isn't full. • The instructions provided with the device are clear. • All components are well marked. • The product includes a hex key and an open-end wrench, so no additional tools are required • Considering what you get, the price seems fair. to me. DISADVANTAGES • The outer edge of the brass washers is threaded so caps can be screwed onto it. This is a very good idea. Unfortunately, the threads have not always been carefully finished to ensure the caps are completely flush with the glass. Some work well, others not so much. This is something that most people won't notice, but it shouldn't be too hard to fix during production either. Without this shortcoming I would give the product 5 stars. • There is a large gap between the screws and the center hole of the brass washers. It would be better to make the hole smaller so the brass washer is more centered. Again nothing special but something that could definitely be improved. • Be prepared to spend a few hours assembling this device. It's not difficult, but it takes time, especially for one person. • Note that the feet of the device are a few centimeters from the wall behind the device. This can be seen in the attached image.
