These shoes scratch very easily, with bright white lines contrasting sharply with gray. I've had these shoes for almost a month and the right heel pad or heel pad (name not sure) was separating from the shoe. I am not rude with my shoes and am very disappointed in the quality of these shoes which is amazing for this brand. I've owned several over the years and that's not usually the case. My recommendation is a very solid "pass on".
