I purchased this item for my mother who suffers from Dementia. She takes several pills per day (AM and PM) and with having many prescription bottles keeping them in a secure place is a must. This first aid security box is large enough to store all of her prescription bottles of all sizes even those tall bottles. I am even able to store 3 weeks of prefilled weekly AM and PM box organizers on top of the prescription bottles. I feel comfort in knowing her meds are locked away and key access is managed. The security box is very light weight, durable, and easy to take along if traveling. Excellent purchase!
