There is a nuance in terms of pressure: there are two water risers in the apartment (a kitchen and a bathroom), from ordinary mixers the pressure is good, but from a rain shower and a watering can the pressure is subjectively weak, probably the thermostat to make its own adjustments to the throughput, but at the same time it pours well from the spout. I also indicated in the minuses the smell of water from the spout (I can’t determine either oil or rubber), at first I thought that tap water smells like that, but I don’t observe this from the shower, watering can and faucet at the sink.
