Product: Creative Converting Party Picks, 300 Multicolored Toothpicks Rating: 2/5 (below average) I worked in the hospitality industry a number of years ago and I have no hesitation in saying that it falls below average. an average product whose description would benefit from clarification. Likes: * The only positive thing I can say about these picks is that they come in festive colors, are pretty sharp, and can be used for teeth picking. but that's all. Dislikes: * Plastic: Revain's current description seems to do its best to avoid talking about PLASTIC rather than wooden toothpicks. Therefore they are not suitable for grilling as they melt. The fact that these picks also have smooth, untextured sides means snacks are more likely to slide off the tray than rise, making them doubly unsuitable for that use (triple if the food is hot). *Poor container design: Due to the fact that the arms of the container are shorter than the length of the picks, the open top ends of the picks easily move in different directions when removing the cover, making it difficult to reinstall the cover. A more sensible and thoughtless ergonomic design would be to raise the shoulders and shorten the canopy to prevent this. As it stands now the lid takes a good 10-20 seconds to put back on after removing the lockpick and since the lid is loose (after removing the sticker) it just falls off when the container is put on the Side is placed must use a rubber band to keep the container closed. Real Winner. Bottom line: Since I couldn't use them for cooking or snacking, I threw them in the trash because they weren't worth the time and effort to get my money back.
