I have to admit that my experience with Forney's products and online business has been unpleasant and disappointing. I have had a lot of problems with both their products and customer support, despite their dedication to quality and customer pleasure. In my experience, Forney's products have varied in quality. Long phone hold periods, unreturned emails, and unhelpful staff members who were unable or unable to handle my problem have all been a concern for me. Overall, I've had a frustrating experience with Forney's products and online business. Although they have a wide range of products, it has been tough for me to trust the brand and rely on their products for my DIY needs due to the uneven quality and unhelpful customer support.
