When I'm grocery shopping, something almost always spills, like bathroom cleaner or milk. And it would be very difficult to clean the trunk. I once bought Lowes mulch bags and loaded them in the trunk. Due to the heavy rain, these bags were full of water, and the water leaked out of the bags, polluting the entire trunk. My husband had a hard time getting out. So I asked him to do some research and find something that wouldn't ruin the floor mats in the truck and he found it. I am very happy with the result, the edges are slightly raised so that the flowing liquid does not fall on the mat.
