Review on A4 Ultra-Thin Portable LED Light Box Tracer: Perfect Tool for Artists and Tracing Artwork by Hannah Curi

It took them a few months to finally respond but they eventually responded and sent me a replacement so I appreciate that. They seem to be more responsive by contacting them here on Revain than through the contact form on their official website. The replacement is a different model where the cable is better positioned and I don't think it will come loose like it used to. I will leave my previous review below but I am updating my current review to 5 stars positive. OLD REVIEW: I wish I could be positive, but I can't. While it worked fine, the cord was dangling the entire time I had it until it finally disconnected and now it won't turn on. I've taken it apart and see that I can re-solder it, but I've never done this before so I refrain from trying. I contacted the manufacturer, Tikteck, and they replied to my initial email asking them to give them my order number. I replied with my information and then. Nothing. It has been a month and they have not responded to any of my follow up emails asking me to update me on progress on my case as if they are just ignoring me.
