The level itself is better than my previous level in every way. Batteries are good too. Haven't made it to two bars so far and haven't used it in a couple of hours. One feature for me was that it was very difficult to charge the batteries. I cannot open the dust cover with my fingers. I had to open it with something. I don't think it matters much, but this thing isn't meant to be waterproof. I. He will leave it out in the rain. I'd rather charge it effortlessly. The body is very durable. I wish mine had a foam insert like some soft cases do. The level is a beast. Easily on par with more established brands. I used glasses which made it easier to see the light during the day, but indoors it's not a problem.
