I've used it twice since I bought it. The first time wasn't very good, but I decided to try a second time. I should have known when I opened the box and there was a letter that said "don't give us bad reviews, just email us" that it was going to be rubbish. 1. The screw in the handle does not stay screwed in.2. The extension cord does not fit. It was either poorly made or simply made from cheap materials.3. The actual usable surface of the shell is smaller than stated and very impractical. You can make an oval pizza I think, but not a regular round pizza unless you want something fairly small. The swing knife is very, very cheap. I've used it twice and there are already small dents on the blade. I only cut pizza. Rather spend a few euros more and buy something better.
