Review on 🍳 Premium 16" Electric Skillet by Cucina Pro - Stainless Steel with Glass Lid for Effortless Cooking by David Lesperance

No non-stick electric frying pan required. Stainless steel electric skillets are hard to find. This one had a few negative reviews but I ignored them hoping it was a quality control issue and I would get one that worked properly. Not correct. The thermostat is not working properly. If you set any temperature, the device will cook very strongly for a while. Then it shuts off and sits for a while, then again boils very, very hard and shuts off for a long time. It's possible that you set the device to its average temperature, but are well above that temperature before turning it off and well below that temperature before turning it back on. It's practically useless. When I discovered it, it was too late to return the pan. So I contacted the manufacturer. At first they said they would buy me a new control box but they didn't and now they don't even reply to my emails. The Cucina Pro has poor customer service and is a very poor instrument. So here is my negative review that I promised to write if they don't support their product and don't do it right. Save your money!
