would rather buy new than refurbished

First printer used for a few months. noise and the label stuck. So I still had about 1 week to return the printer and decided to exchange it. I need a label printer for my business. But when the replacement came I wasn't happy with anything. trouble ) and it was in a very unsightly, ugly, scratched and worn condition. It definitely didn't fit the "rebuilt" title. It was more like "the last shit on earth". In any case I decided to send it back for a refund and am now awaiting that refund.
