Worked for a few months, then died. I have contacted the manufacturer, there is still no answer and support from Chefman.

Bought it for meetings as a lot of people drink tea. We have been using it successfully for 5 months and one day at startup all 3 LEDs are constantly flashing and there is no more boiled water. just warmed up. Nothing in the troubleshooting section of the user guide addresses this issue. I called Chefman customer service and left a voice message (following their instructions) over 2 weeks ago and never received a call back. Today I went to their website and sent an email asking for help. Lets see what happens. I'll follow the progress if there is any.
