Rolled up and in a box. we laid the rug out for a week and most of the creases went away on their own but a few didn't, left the rug on the floor for another week, still to no avail. At this point I had contacted nuLoom via email raising concerns, two weeks later I received an "Sorry for the late reply" and they directed me to return to Revain C/S. Ok we're going back and contacting Revain CS and we need a reference number and explanation from nuLoom to make sure they aren't replacing the carpet. nu Loom tells me it's under the Revains' control, not theirs. So let's move on to the bureaucracy, which I can't stand. Therefore, please inspect your rug and return it directly to Revain at the time indicated.
