The microphone only worked a few months

I bought this microphone in December and it hasn't worked since May. Although the warranty is one year, when the item was returned, $20 was deducted for the restocking fee. It crashed and stopped working. Why should a restocking fee be charged? This guarantee gives you a full refund. There was nothing to refill. I was very disappointed using this mic for Dragon NaturallySpeaking.
