I bought this microphone in December and it hasn't worked since May. Although the warranty is one year, when the item was returned, $20 was deducted for the restocking fee. It crashed and stopped working. Why should a restocking fee be charged? This guarantee gives you a full refund. There was nothing to refill. This microphone seems to work well and the sound quality is good, but be careful with the fine print: you need a Windows system to set it up. The description and website claim that the software is also available for Linux and OS X, but that's not the case. I wonder what else is not true about this product! The software is only required for setup, but a big part of my purchase of this mic was to get the PTT functionality, and that can only be enabled with the software.
